I really want to close this down. But really, in case it wasn't obvious before, I'm no longer updating this account. Not that I have any other though I often think of it. There's just too much going on; I'm working any of my free hours in the laboratory and any art time is going into designing merchandise and management or even lately, teaching. Convention season coming up as well. Everyone is moving ahead and I'm falling behind churning out commercialised artwork for nothing. I suppose it's a skill in itself... I can't wait for the holidays though. Sleeping in, oh lost luxury! But at any rate, no more updates here. Thanks all~

I hopped onto DA and got whomped with one of those trial subscription things. *headdesk* I swear I'm still alive. Barely. Is this a plot to make me start posting again? It's not a good time for this. ~>_<~ I'll try to. Maybe. Or not. AAAaaahhhH.

I know I've been amazingly lame with updates. I have been concentrating quite frighteningly on FMA fanart. A conservative estimate would be close to 30 pics coloured. And a broad estimate including inked-to-be-CGed would easily bypass 50. I'm producing an average of 3 properly CGed pics a day. Why are these not being put up here, I don't know. Maybe I'll do it someday. I'll try my best. I just don't feel like going through all the steps and dealing with comments, because it's just not nice to not reply. I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry. If any LJers are rabid FMA fans, some stuff is on my new artLJ here! Thanks.

One year of uni. Finito. Yay for me... Have been drawing a lot lately, but my work is getting rather random. Spinning between FMA fanart, which I may finally have gotten tired of... *dramatic gasp* ...and original concept sketches for the manga floating around in my head. I'm thinking I might drop the whole nitpickyness I have about putting up my stuff. Though I'm quite disgusted at the state of my gallery at the moment. Too much stuff which isn't up to standard. I'll think about it later.

Stayed up last night chatting with my housemates. Girly stuff. >_> Uhhh... Nevermind. Forget it. I just lost interest in this post.

Ah... >_> I'm sorry I'm so crap at updating my DA page. I've got so much artwork piled up, both on paper and on disk. But I just don't have the time to upload and deal with the messages and I don't wanna gyp the people who take the trouble to comment so kindly on my art.

Have been busy with uni and Animania! Which was this weekend! I went on Saturday! Fed my current fandom frenzy: FMA. Err, on that note...Expect wayyy too much FMA fanart uploaded after the exams. T_T Err... and I helped with some artwork for the concert at Animania. It looked good, I was happy. Met caleyndar. Very impressed. O_o;; Awe. Saw Annie and Katie too. O_o! I feel small! Ah! Mae made a good Sasuke! Hehehe...she even had a curse seal which spread as the day went on... XD

Ah! I must work harder on my art! I realised that I improved alot last semester...when i was ignoring uni...heh. No, really. I'm consciously limiting myself from drawing. Because every piece has the potential to wring several hours of work out of me, which i can't afford. Especially given my over-detailing tendency... At the moment, I think I should concentrate more on learning to colour rather than draw.

This week is the last week of uni. Then STUVAC and one week of exams. There are too many things I want to do. So many people I wanna gift presents to. This has been such a great year for me. I met so many people who like the same things I do. I've done so many things. It's been a year where i've done so many "first time ever" things. Joining contests, actively participating, volunteering, designing, all so much fun!! I've gone so many places and I think I've learnt how to interact with people better. Being around great artists have inspired me to improve my artwork. Good luck, Cerise!!
